I was concerned with my daughter not talking & went to Jacksonville today to the Early Intervention Program for a screening-go here for more info-& she did fail the test so we will be getting assistance to help her start communicating more. This is a free program. It is from birth up to 36 mos-the screening is for free.

If your child is older than 3, then they would do a free screening here & go from there.
